Our service is to provide intelligence and analysis to assist in the potential recovery of digital assets. The success of recovery is dependent on numerous factors outside of our control.

2. No Recovery, No Fee Policy

Our "No Recovery, No Fee" policy means that you will only be charged a fee if our services lead to the successful recovery of your assets. The fee will be a pre-agreed percentage of the recovered value. The initial case review is always free of charge. If no funds are recovered, no service fee will be charged.

3. Client Obligations

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your case. You understand that providing false or misleading information may result in the termination of our services. You are responsible for any third-party fees that may be required, such as legal fees or exchange service fees, which are separate from our service fee.
